The website h2onews posted today a piece of news and a video according to which the initiative to light a candle for the release of Archbishop Faraj Rahho, launched only two days ago, was suspended yesterday after the discovery of the body of the bishop in the outskirts of Mosul. In fact, while announcing his death, Baghdadhope invited its readers to continue to light them to show that the affection, the attention, the participation in the fate of Archbishop Rahho are not at all terminated.
Maybe someone can consider this action as useless, but it is also through it that we can show the will to not forget, to be close to those who are dead, to give the attention that Iraqi Christians have always asked and are still asking to us.
It is a simple gesture but at the same time a strong one.
