Louis Rufail Sacco, on Monday stressed the need to build a modern, unified and strong civil state after President Barham Saleh and Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi received the confidence of the people’s representatives.The need to work on building a unified and strong civil state, a state of law and equality, equal to the opportunities long awaited by the Iraqis, Sacco said during a telegram sent to the presidents and ministers on the occasion of their assumption of their posts. added that the march of the presidents of the republic and the national ministers, and the two presidents enjoy the love of Iraq, qualifies them to choose individuals who are sincere, honest and competent in the fields of cultural, social, economic and political development.
