According to what the Apostolic Nuncio to Iraq and Jordan, Msgr. Francis A. Chullikat, declared some days ago no visit of the Pope is planned to Iraq while a delegation of Chaldean bishops will meet him in Amman.
Msgr. Shleimun Warduni confirmed today to Baghdadhope that he and the patriarch of the Chaldean church, Cardinal Mar Emmanuel III Delly, will leave Baghdad for Amman tomorrow to meet the Pope. According to Msgr. Warduni no other Chaldean bishops is expected to be in Jordan for the meeting.
