Iran seeks to open consulate East of Mosul to provoke Christians

The Iranian Militia inand Syria (IMIS) has been paving the way for the next step in Iran’s devious scheme in Iraq, including the inauguration of Al-Komeini School inplains, East of Mosul, in order to spark a demographic change and spread extremism by exporting the approach of the Khomeinist revolution.
Theseeks through these actions to agree with the ambassador into open an Iranian consulate on the remains of the Christian component in Iraq.
However, these steps were rejected by Arab tribes in the conflicted areas between Erbil and Baghdad, includingplains.
Observers further noted thatseeks to end the existence of Christians in Iraq, urging the Iraqi government to provide the necessary protection against the Iranian spread.
Christians inalso vow to escalate and file an international case in case the government of Adil Abdul-Mahdi chose to remain silent and refrain from protecting around 250 thousand Christians in Iraq.
Worth mentioning that the number of Christians inwas reduced from around a million and a half Christian, beforeoccupied Mosul.
